Memorial Day Weekend Schedule

Greetings! On Saturday, we will have our regular class schedule.  On Monday, Aiki-Kids and Aiki-Youth classes are canceled. For those Aiki-Youth wish to train on Monday, please come and join the adult class - which will run from 7:00pm to 8:30pm. We have just started working with bokkens again. Please bring your bokken or purchase one from us for $20. We are looking forward to training with you this Memorial Day Weekend!

Aikido is often thought as mysterious for its effortless power. In Aikido, the goal is not to hurt another, but to unify with another in heart, mind, and energy.
