Dear Parents, Students, and Friends, As 2015 approaches, I wish to take this opportunity to share some of my experiences and thoughts with those of us who have made Budō – The Martial Path – the way to travel this life’s journey. End of Year Announcements and Schedule

Good day everyone! We had a wonderful seminar weekend in Encinitas Aikido with Utada Kancho.  Several students were able to take this opportunity to deepen their aikido understanding and solidify their basic movements. We are bringing back what we learned to kick start the youth class bokken training next week! Just a reminder for the upcoming test this weekend on December 20th for youth and adult students. And we are planning to have a pot luck lunch afterwards around 2pm in the Boys and Girls club to celebrate the last test of 2014. We hope to see you there! Next [...]

Upcoming Test and Utada Seminar

Good Day Everyone! We have scheduled our next kyu test on Saturday, December 20th for both the Youth and Adult class. Test training is underway and please feel free to ask your senior students for help during the test preparation. Do not hesitate to ask us if you have any questions. We also like to invite you to the upcoming Utada Shihan seminar hosted by Aikido of Encinitas. All levels are welcome.
