Kenshu Class Starts TODAY!

REMINDER: Kenshu class for advanced students of brown belt candidates, black belt candidates, and current black belts starts today. There are six sessions in this series, and the dates are: Jan 30, Feb 13, Feb 20, Feb 27, Mar 12, Mar 19 Due to Kenshu classes, our normal adult class will end at 1:30pm instead of 2:00pm. Kenshu training is from 1:30pm-3:00pm. Please be warmed up and ready to go. Cost per class is $15. Registration Open for Payet Shihan Workshop

Payet Shihan will be visiting us in San Diego the first weekend of March. Mark your calender and don't miss a chance to learn from one of the true aikido masters of our time. We have opened early-registration to our out-of-town aikido friends as of January. Registration is now open for our students with discounted pricing extended until January 30th. 2016 Kagami Biraki Celebration on Jan 23rd

Good Day Everyone,Please mark your calender for our annual Aikido New Year Celebration to kick start the next training year. This celebration called Kagami Biraki (鏡開き) is a Japanese traditional celebration which translates to "Opening the Mirror". It calls for each of us to take a closer look at ourselves, seek ways to gave up our bad habits, and commit to a deeper level of self-improvement. This is also the opportunity that all students from both locations and all classes will gather on the mats at the same time to demonstrate what they are learning in aikido.
